This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 25.04.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14814 of 2017.

When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner was considered and the petitioner not being the lowest bidder was not successful.
