This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to enter into assigned lands in Sy.No.61/223 to an extent of Ac.1.20 gts, situated at Ellakapet Village, Penchikalpet Mandal, Komurambheem Asifabad District on the ground that the land is required for the construction of Double Bed Room houses, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential directions. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the 1st respondent, Sri C.Buchi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 & 3 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents 4 to 8.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 & 3 submits that the Corporation has no role in this regard. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, produced written instructions, stating that no land has been identified in Elkapalli Village of Penchikapet Mandal for construction of Double Bed Room Houses.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Writ Petition is disposed of. In case, the respondents intend to acquire the subject land of the petitioner, it is open for them to follow the due process of law before taking any action.
