This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to permit the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3 to compound the offences in Criminal Appeal No.83 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nizamabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
