ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the Memo No.30236/Regn.II/A1/2008-2, dated 12.09.2008 issued by the 1st respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner for renewal of Certificate of Practice under Notaries Act, 1952. While admitting the writ petition on 27.10.2009, this Court directed the respondents to consider renewal of the Certificate of Practice to the petitioner within a period of three weeks without reference to the said order.

In view of the interim order, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
