O R D E R

This writ petition was filed challenging the cancellation order dated 28.09.2012 passed by the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Godavari Khani, Karimnagar District, whereby the licence of the petitioner society was cancelled. The ground of challenge is that second sample was not sent for testing as requested. The Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Godavari Khani, furnished written instructions to the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise stating that the representation for sending the second sample for testing was dated 18.09.2011 i.e. long after the permitted period. In that view of the matter, the writ petition does not warrant consideration on merits and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
