The plaintiff challenges the order refusing the leave to file additional documents at the stage of arguments. I have heard Jalli Kanakaiah, counsel for petitioners and also Satyanarayana.E for parties.

I have perused the affidavit petition and also the order impugned in the Revision. No illegality or irregularity is made out warranting interference of this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India. Hence, the Revision fails and dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
