THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30852 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri Venugopal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GVMC.

When the matter is taken up an endorsement, bearing Rc.No.87751/2017/GVMC/FPW dated 21.06.2017, is placed on record, wherein the District Fire Office, Fire Prevention Wing, GVMC requested the petitioner to pay the Fire NOC fee of Rs.24,810/- at Sowkaryam counter in the GVMC main office.

It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner herein paid the said amount. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner herein has not submitted any application for issuance of structural soundness certificate and sanitary certificate. On hearing the same, it is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel that necessary application would be made to the GVMC and the same may be directed to be considered by the GVMC.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner to make necessary application for the above said certificates. If any such application is submitted, along with necessary fee and other requirements, the same may be considered and

appropriate action be taken by the respondents strictly in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
