THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34660 OF 2013 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the proceedings dated 10.10.2013 issued by the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard both sides. Perused the material on record. Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 26.10.2013, at the earliest.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-The General Manager, The Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Sri Rampur, to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 26.10.2013, seeking to send him to medical examination for determination of his age and pass necessary orders thereon, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
