H.No. , Laldarwaza, Hyderabad. .....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the actions of Respondents in finalizing the contract in favour of 5th Respondent for running Cycle/Scooter/Car Stand in the premises of District Hospital King Koti, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary, in gross violation of tender notice dated 3103-2015 and Principles of Natural Justice and set aside the same. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Mirza Safiulla Baig, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the GP for Revenue, (TG) for the Respondents No. 1 & 2, and the GP for Medical & Health, (TG), for the Respondents No. 3 and 4, the Court made the following. ORDER:
"Status quo as on today as regards the subject Cycle/Scooter/Car stand in the premises of 3rd respondent is directed to be maintained till 05-06-2015 subject to petitioner complying with the conditions of contract.
Post on 04-06-2015."
