THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. V. SESHA SAI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1649 OF 2014 ORDER:

Defendant No.1 in O.S.No.70 of 2004 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Husnabad, is the revision petitioner herein. In this revision, the petitioner assails the order, dated 18.03.2014, passed by the said Court, dismissing I.A.No.101 of 2014 filed by him under Order 17 Rule 1 read with Section 151 C.P.C. seeking adjournment of the suit for 15 days.

15 days time sought in I.A.No.101 of 2014 filed by the petitioner herein expired long back. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the suit is also reserved for judgment. In these circumstances, this Court finds no reason to meddle with the order passed by the Court below.

For the aforesaid reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
