wp_13388_2004 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records pertaining to the order Dt. 25-8-2003 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad confirming G.O.Ms.No.

Irrigation and Commenced Area Development (SER.I) Department Dt. 27-11-1990 of the 1st respondent to the extent the same is against the petitioner herein and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to treat the break period of the petitioner from 30-3-1980 to 10-1-1991 as on duty and to pay all consequential benefits to the petitioner and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. "

On 17-08-2017, Sri M.S.Prasad, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the sole petitioner died. He therefore requested for an adjournment for taking steps to bring on record legal-representatives of the deceased petitioner. Accordingly, the case was adjourned by two weeks to enable the legal-representatives to come on record. Even today, learned counsel, representing learned senior counsel, submitted that the son of the deceased petitioner was supposed to contact her and that he has not done so. The Writ Petition is of the year 2004. Though sufficient time was granted for the legal-representatives of the deceased petitioner to come on record, they did not avail the opportunity.
