This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.276 of 2012, against the petitioners, who are A4 and A5, on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offence alleged is under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad City dated 10.10.2018 stating that the case ended in acquittal on 04.04.2018.
