HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 11364 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges the letter written by the Divisional Engineer Electrical, Operation Division, Northern Power Distribution Company of Telengana State, dated 17.3.2017 addressed to the Contractor/TS NPDCL, directing the Contractor not to allow the petitioner to attend work of Computer Operator at Sub-Division Office, Bellampally.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel produced a letter dated 1.4.2017, wherein the Divisional Engineer withdrew his earlier letter.

Since the letter has already been withdrawn, which is under challenge, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance it is open for him to work out his remedies. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
