THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.41537 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioner states that the subject property belongs to him and is entitled for mutation of his name in the Municipal records. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he submitted an application, dated 23.09.2016, for mutation of his name in the Municipal Records and also a reminder, dated 04.11.2016, so far no orders are passed by the respondent authorities. Alleging inaction on the part of respondents 2 and 3, in considering the application of the petitioner for mutation of his name in the Municipal Records, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation would request for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Commissioner, Karimnagar Municipal Corporation, the 3rd respondent, to consider the application of the petitioner for mutation of his name in the Municipal Records and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner, Karimnagar Municipal Corporation, the 3rd respondent, to consider the application of the petitioner stated to have been submitted by him for mutation of his name in the Municipal Records and pass appropriate orders, in

accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
