HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITIO NO.6978 0F 2020 / q&LE& Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State / would submit that the cause in this Criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Criminal petition has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, recording the said submission, the I Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
