The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Court of IV Metropolitan Magistrate at Erra Manzil, Hyderabad to dispose of DVC IA SR.No.1321 of 2015 and DVC SR.No.1320 of 2015.

In view of prayer, as sought for, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the Court below to dispose of IA SR.No.1321 of 2012 in DVC SR.No.1320 of 2015 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
