Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available under law. He also addressed a letter dated 27.06.2016 to the Registry to that effect. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn giving a liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available under law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
