ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri B. Narayan Reddy, learned counsel for R1, Sri S.D.Goud, learned counsel for R2 to R9, learned Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce for R10 and Sri O. Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for R11.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.9 in closing the petitioner's Unit without putting it on notice, as arbitrary and illegal.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has been in possession of all requisite documents for doing flavoured water business, respondent No.9 closed his Unit on 01.02.2015 on the ground that the Manager of the petitioner has not produced the relevant documents sought by the respondents at the time of inspection, and even no notice was issued to him.

4. This Court cannot find fault with the acts of the respondents as the Manager, who is doing business, is required to possess all the relevant documents. Instead of producing the documents sought for by the respondents, the petitioner has straightaway filed the present writ petition. Now, the petitioner wants to produce all the relevant documents before the authorities concerned.

5. In view of the said submission, the petitioner has to approach the respondent authorities with an application along with all necessary documents, and if such an application is made, the respondents shall consider the same within one week thereafter and take appropriate action for lifting the seizure if the petitioner has furnished all the necessary documents.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
