Sri M. Viswanadham, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy against the order, dated 03.11.2015, informing him about his age determined by the Age Determination Committee and the date of his retirement in April, 2017.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
