This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.Lakshmi Narayana, Advocate for the petitioner The Court made the following: ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the record. Notice of the respondent sent from the Court is served, cal1ed absent. No representation. 3.

This transfer CMP is filed by the petitioner/wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for withdrawal of HMOP.No.68 ol 2O2O pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Medak and to transler the same to the Court of Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. As per the averments in the affrdavit filed in support of the petition, it appears that the marriage of the petitioner with respondent was performed about 22 years back. They were blessed with two children. Subsequently, he deserted the wife and children and they are forced to stay at.Hyderabad. She is a house wife. She has no source of income. 4.

Therefore, considering the facts of the case and the convenience of the petitioner/ wife, I deem it fit to accept the request of the petitioner.

In the result, the Transfer CMP is allowed. HMOP.No.68 of 2O2O pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Medak is ordered to be withdrawn and transfer the same to the Court of Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law. The iearned Senior Civil Judge, Medak sha1l transmit the entire record duly indexed within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
