This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.90 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sathyavedu Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A read with 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
