Heard Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader (Civil Supplies).

The petitioner challenges order No.RC.DICS/ 1826/ 2016 dated 19.09.2016 placing the petitioner under suspension. The counsel for petitioner raised various factual and legal grounds against the order suspending the petitioner as F.P. Shop Dealer. This Court is of the view that the enquiry is pending and instead of going into the merits at this stage, the 3rd respondent/ RDO can be directed to complete the enquiry within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs.
