THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.20322 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.5 in summoning the petitioners illegally to appear before him at respondent No.3-Police Station and threatening them with dire consequents to accept the settlement made with the unofficial respondents.

The petitioners herein appeared before the fourth respondent on 26.08.2019 and co-operated with the Station House Officer and produced the documents.

He submitted that, having regard to the fact that the matter is of civil in nature, the parties were advised to approach the concerned Civil Court.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home also submitted that thereafter the fourth respondent has never called upon the petitioners to the Police Station.

Taking on record the said submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on behalf of the fourth respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
