THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31120 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not completing the investigation in Crime No.1274 of 2005 on the file of the L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad. The Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, filed a counter-affidavit as long back as on 06.12.2011 stating that after due investigation in Crime No.1274 of 2005, which was registered under Sections 324, 448 and 506 I.P.C. on the file of the L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was filed before the Second Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, on 22.12.2005 to the effect that the case may be treated as false. No reply affidavit was filed by the petitioner rebutting the aforestated counter averments.

In the light of the final report filed by the police authorities before the competent Criminal Court, it is for the petitioner, if he is aggrieved thereby, to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
