I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and to grant liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging the order dated 12.03.2018 of the second respondent.

Petition unopposed. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, petition is allowed and consequently the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
