ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have considered and promoted the petitioners as Sub-Engineers and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

Since the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
