HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.41718 OF 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action respondents in not acting in accordance with the proceeding No.Rc.E.431/ 2016 dated 03.11.2016 of 2nd respondent, as illegal, and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader (Civil Supplies) submits that basing on the written instructions, on 29.11.2016, the Joint Collector has modified the orders already issued in this behalf and having regard to the subsequent orders, the complaint in the writ petition does not survive.
