THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14667 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought in the Writ Petition is as follows: "...........declaring the action of respondent No.3 in passing Order in Proc.

No.C/4374/2015 dated 16.04.2015 suspending the Authorization of petitioner's fair price shop No.2 at D.No.2-90, Pasumamula Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of Natural Justice, consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to permit the petitioner to run her fair price shop No.2 at D.No.2-90, Pasumamula Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as it is by supplying the essential commodities to her fair price shop." As an effective and efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner by way of filing appeal before the Joint Collector, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to avail the remedy available to her under the Control Orders. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
