Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners-A1 and A2 and the Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 2.
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners-A.1 and A.2 to grant anticipatory bail in crime No.25 of 2018 of Guntakal II Town police station, Anantapur district registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 324, 307 read with 149 IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the victims suffered simple injuries. No deadly weapons are seized. The entire case of the prosecution is false. The other accused are granted regular bail. The petitioners-A1 and A2 have nothing to do with the allegations, and ultimately, they prayed to allow the application as prayed for.

The Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the same, stating that the victims- LWs1 to 6 were attacked by the petitioners-A1 and A2 and others with sticks and stones and number of injuries were caused to them. The said submission is borne by record. There are specific allegations against these petitioners with regard to assaulting and beating LWs 1 to 6 along with other accused in this case.

There are specific allegations against these petitioners-A1 and A2. In the circumstances, it cannot be said that the accusation made against the petitioners-A1 and A2 is false. The anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioners in this crime was dismissed by the Court of Session, vide order dated 23rd April, 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.397 of 2018 in Cr.No. 25 of 2018 assigning number of reasons. Therefore, these petitioners are not entitled for bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. The Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
