Petitioners' claim to be the owners of the land admeasuring Acs.8-07 gts. in Sy.No.129, situated at Mirzaguda Hamlet, Janwada Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Rangareddy District by virtue of purchase of the said land under registered sale deed. Aggrieved by the action of the respondents 6 and 7, who are stated to be the Sarpanch and Upasarpanch of Janwada village, in seeking to construct roof/arch for burial ground in Sy.No.130 situated in the same village in violation of the provisions of the Telangana Panchayath Raj Act, 2018, the present writ petition is filed.

Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 6 and 7, on instructions, submits that structures, which have been raised in Sy.No.130, have been removed.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents 1 and 3, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 2, 4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 6 and 7. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
