This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceedings in Rc. No.326/2011/-C, dt.6.5.2011, of respondent No.4, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr. G. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted

that as the term of the Managing Committee has expired and fresh elections were held to respondent No.5 - society in the year 2012, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, interim order dt.11.5.2011, which was extended from time to time, shall stand vacated and W.V.M.P.No.3287 of 1011 and W.P.M.P.
