THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10225 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.793 of 2014 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad.

The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
