Smt. V. Sarada, v. The State Of Telangana Rep. By Its Commissioner Of Police,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30809 OF 2015 ORDER:
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner has taken away the bundle from his office long back. From the perusal of the record, the petitioner, so far, did not engage any other counsel.
Be that as it may, the relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 09.09.2015 to provide police protection from the unofficial respondents herein. However, from the contents of the complaint, it is revealed that the matter is purely civil in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to accept the contention of the petitioner and there are no merits in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 06th DECEMBER 2018.
