This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioner/A4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.219 of 2019 on the file of the Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 272, 273 IPC and 20 (2) of CTPPARTCPSD (Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003).

The learned Public Prosecutor representing the State submits that in this case charge sheet has already been filed and hence, this petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
