Petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that his representation dt.16.05.2016 made to the 2nd respondent to take action against the 4th respondent, for establishing an unauthorized junior college, has not been disposed of by the 2nd respondent till date.

2. Smt. M.Siva Jyothi, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and will take appropriate action and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take appropriate action as per law and also communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
