This petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.48 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, I-Town Police Station, Adilabad, for the offences punishable under Section 376(D) of IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.
