The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the issue involved in the writ petition relates to the action of the 2nd respondent in not releasing the petitioner's vehicle and that pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, the vehicle was released and that therefore, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition as the relief worked out for itself. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
