It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 31.03.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.33343 of 2012 and batch and that the same is followed in WP.No.18267 of 2016 dated 10.06.2016. The same is not disputed by Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. No order as to costs. Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.33343 of 2012 and batch, dated 31.03.2015.
