HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.4554 of 2017 ORDER:

The only grievance with which the petitioner has come before this Court is that his suit for a specific performance is pending for the past 14 years.

Heard Mr. Sridhar Tummalapudi, learned counsel of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of the grievance, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to take up the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2003 pending on its file for disposal on a priority basis and endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
