CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.17394 of 2018 Dated:04.06.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's nephewGodavari Dileep Kumar, S/o Godavari John, R/o Stuartpuram, Marukondapadu Village, Bapatla Mandal, Guntur District (hereinafter referred to as the alleged detenu), before this Court. At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh, on instructions, submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested on 04.5.2018 and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate, who remanded him to judicial custody.

Mr. Sivaraju Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the alleged detenu has been subsequently enlarged on bail.
