The members of the petitioner Union are employees of the Medical and Health Department. This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 15.06.2015, wherein the principal office bearers of the recognized associations are exempted from transfers. Since the matter comes under the purview of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, this Court cannot entertain the present writ petition and accordingly it is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner Union to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
