This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 12.10.2015, in Company Petition No.134 of 2015. 2.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.B.S.Shivaji, learned counsel representing Mr.V.S.Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the respondents paid the amounts as undertaken by them in the aforesaid order and that since the undertaking given by the respondents has been complied with, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed. 3.
