Sudershan Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for Sri K. Janakirami Reddy, for appellant/respondent No.4, Sri K. V.Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 6 and learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry (AP) for respondents 7 & 8.

Learned counsel would agree and submit that this Court may direct 8th respondent/2nd respondent in the writ petition to hold Elections for the post of Chairman of Andhra Pradesh Sheep and Goat Development Cooperative Federation Limited, Guntur within a time frame fixed by this Court and in the meanwhile permit the appellant/4th respondent to continue as Chairman of the said Federation. 3.

In that view, 8th respondent/2nd respondent in the writ petition is directed to conduct the Elections for the post of Chairman of Andhra Pradesh Sheep and Goat Development Cooperative Federation Limited, Guntur within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the meanwhile, appellant/4th respondent who was appointed as Chairman of aforesaid Federation under G.O.Rt.No.120 dated 18.04.2018 shall continue till a new Chairman is elected. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Appeal as well as the Writ Petition No. 15309 of 2018 are disposed of. No costs.
