Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 24.02.2020, to the Registry stating that his client wishes to withdraw the writ petition, as the petitioner is intending to settle the matter outside the Court, and thus, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
