When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the cause in this writ petition does not survive as the matter is settled out of Court and to that effect he made an endorsement on the petition.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
