This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in conducting sale on 22.08.2017 in EP No.50 of 2011-CT, L.F.No.H.L:48/031 contrary to the circular issued by the first respondent in Rc.No.21689 of 2012/UBL-2, dated 12.04.2017.

The respondents filed counter. After looking into the counter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
