ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing for both parties stated that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by order, dated 9.4.2012, in W.P.No.11421 of 2010 of this Court, wherein it is held as follows: "In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition. If the petitioners are conducting the activity of supplying purified water to the people living in slum areas or to people who are in need of water, and such activity needs licence under the provisions of the Act, it is left open for the respondents Corporation to take action against the petitioners by giving appropriate prior notice, in accordance with law, and affording an opportunity of being heard. Resultantly, without following due process of law, the officials of the respondent Corporation shall not interfere with the activity of the petitioners in supplying the purified drinking water through reverse osmosis process to the people living in slum areas in and around of Vijayawada Hill Terrain. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs."
2. Following the said order, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
