THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34665 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned counsel for the 4th respondent.

The prayer in the writ petition is as follows: "..... to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not arresting the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and against Article 14 and 21 of the constitution and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to arrest the 4th respondent and complete the investigation in the interest of justice and pass such other order or further orders......."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that investigation is completed in FIR No.84 of on the file of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Secunderabad and a final report is already filed. Learned counsel also brought to the notice of this Court that the 4th respondent filed Crl.P.No.9841 of 2011 and obtained orders on 13.10.2011 for completion of investigation without arresting him. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
