Mr.P.Lakshma Reddy after arguing the writ petition with considerable vehemence and force and realizing the difficulty in persuading the Court for issuing positive direction as prayed for, requests the Court to give liberty to petitioners to tender documents for registration of land in an extent of Ac.6-90cents in R.S. No.406 at Shettipally Village, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Chittoor District, and also seeks liberty to work out remedies, if respondents in spite of law declared by this Court in W.A. No.343 of 2015 & batch do not receive or process the documents so presented by the petitioners. The statement is placed on record and liberty as prayed for is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
