THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20824 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not filing the charge sheet in respect of F.I.R.No.198 of 2018, dated 01.08.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader on written instructions, dated 26.09.2019, submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.198 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC of Huzurabad Police Station was registered on 01.08.2018. He further submits that during the course of investigation, LWs.1 to 3 were examined and during investigation since both the parties did not support for surveying of land and as no case was made out, after obtaining permission from the Commissioner of Police, Karimnagar, vide letter dated 14.03.2019, the matter was referred as 'lack of evidence' and after serving a notice to the complainant through registered post on 20.09l.2019, a final report was filed before the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurabad.

Recording the above said written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in this writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
